Yes, that is not happening. The switch works. The switch is tied to pin 9 of
9C. That input seems to be ok too. The output of 9C, pin 15, does not change
when the switch is pushed. Is the problem 9C itself, or one of the other inputs
to 9C???

Any thoughts??
