Possible.. No documentation on the net says one way or the other.
I'll be hooking it up to a PC tonight (VGA has separate sync signals if
I remember correct) and post it back to the list.

I'm not familiar with that monitor, but is it possible that it is a
Medium resolution monitor? What you describe reminds me of what one
would see by hooking a medium res monitor to a low res video output.
