Frogger -5v question

Does Frogger use the -5v volts for anything? I looked on the schematics
and it's referenced near D8 but I don't see any components that actually
use it. I'm trying to replace a flaky/old/hacked power supply with a
decent one (that doesn't have -5). Perhaps I'm blind, but I don't see it
being used.
