Troubleshooting Midway Space Invaders Sounds

I'm working on another Midway Space Invaders sound board. It's missing the
Invader Hit sound and the Saucer hit sound is just one high pitch note.

For the Invader hit sound I replaced K4 - nothing. I checked the buffer at
F4 and it's fine. I checked to make sure the amp is getting 12v. No
invader hit sound is being generated. What am I missing?

For the Saucer hit sound I replaced M4, M5, J5 and even the 1uf 25 tantalum
capacitor. The buffer at F5 is fine. Still I just get a high pitch ring.

What else can I do?
