Konami Circus Charlie Red Lines

Hi Everyone,

I have Circus Charlie board that works fine except that it had these bad
lines going through the main screen. I did some checks on Google and
someone asked a similar question about another Konami game, but got no
answer. I have swapped out the video RAM so that's not it. I'm going to
mess with the ROMs now (already cleaned), but any advise would be
