Space Invaders player control problems

Trying to fix a Space Invaders boardset (Bally Midway two board right angle
style). Searched the archives and a lot of web pages to fix most of the
problems, but I have one more that I can't find anywhere.

In a two player game, I can't move left on player two. This problem only
happens for player two. It can't be wiring or the control panel because it
works fine for player one. I know it's somewhere on the sound board
(smaller board of the two) because I've done cross testing with a known good
boardset.

Any ideas anyone? Any help much appreciated. Thanks,
