Need help with Joust graphics output problem

I put a couple movies up here:

The problem is on the CPU board and I swapped all socketed parts from a
good board without any change. Sync looks good, colors are right, but the
output is garbled. I assume the problem is somewhere in the CPU2 schematic
but am not sure if I can do anything to find/resolve it short of
shotgunning parts.

Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!
