Re: Stupid camcorder software!

MiniDV, Sony DCR-HC20. I don't know a damn thing about the formats but I'm
glad to hear ours is good! :-)

OK. The camcorder came with Picture Package which does not do straight
video capture. Picture Package support suggested I buy Image Mixer. So
instead, I installed Movie Maker 2 and got a movie and then I installed
TMPGEnc to convert the .wmv to an .mpg and put it on my web site. Any
reason for me to leave the .wmv on the site? It is only 4.5MB vs. 6.9MB
for the .mpg.
