I'm not coming up with anything for the MA7050 (will try it again at
work), but the rule for Japanese transistor numbers is when you see one
letter (A, B, C, D, K) followed by three or four numbers is to add a 2S
to the beginning. So your K2640 would be a 2SK2640. MCM Electronics
has the Sony part for $16.07 (yikes!) and can get the Panasonic part for
$4.67. See here

Almost betting the MA7050 is really an IC masquerading as a transistor
(power supply regulator maybe?) and for as much as they want for the
K2640 it had better be something like a horizontal output transistor.
