ScotchWeld 2216 here - never lets go (if the surfaces were clean when
bonded).

As far as epoxies are concerned, it's reasonably thermally conductive.
But it is a non 1:1 two part type, and fairly expensive. You can mix it,
deep-freeze it in a syringe, and it will keep for quite awhile.

It cures best (fastest, hardest) with a little heat (60C is a nice temp if
the bonded parts will take it). Overnight cure at room temp works too,
but full cure would take a few days.

Pot life is about an hour at room temperature before it turns into really
thick peanut butter.

But, it also works to epoxy a broken pool table slate back together :)
