MCR III CPU Timing chip

I have a MCR III CPU board (Spy Hunter, Journey etc) which is missing a
couple of chips, on the schematic they are listed as:
 
10B H-T
11B V&H
12B V-T
13B Misc
 
Anyone have any idea what they actually are? And what I can do about
getting replacements?
