Pole Position monitor blowing fuse

I've got a Matsuhita TM-202 in my Pole Position that is blowing
Fuse F002 . In 2005 I replaced the flyback and recaped this monitor.
And -- that's about all I know.

I know my way around vector monitors, but where do you start on a raster ?
