Any Capcom CPS repair docs around?

I have a final fight which doesn't want to come up. It appears to be pre
suicide battery so I don't think that is the problem. Does anyone know of
any docs about CPS cross board compatibility (IE swapping b's across a's) or
know of any schematics / repair docs for these things?
