KK Prom info needed 0500021

Looking to round out my Kurz Kasch collection and am looking for KK PART
0500021 RAM TEST PROM.

If anyone has the code that would be great - or knows if it is the same
code as the Midway RAM TEST card for the 8080 boardsets (which I have).
