Source for MCM4517 or MB8118?

16k x 1 5v ram (same size as 4116 which uses +5,+12 & -5)

Have a babypac vidiot board with some bad ram. Looking for a source of
these preferably <$1 a chip shipped. Need 10-50 of them depending on the
price I can come up with.
