Digi-Key.com provides cables that can replace the original Fluke. Order the
40 pin DIP #C2PXG-4018G-NC, which is a 40 pin DIP-grey cable-18 inches long
with an unfinished end, then get the 40 pin header #AKN40A-ND and put it on
(I use a vise to squeeze the connector onto the cable). Total cost in
Canadian ~ $12 plus shipping. US$ is about $8...Fluke wants $300US!
