I mean the virtual parts library that is stored on the hard disc of the
9100.

To create a UFI/GFI test program on the 9100 you must build a

Reference file (location of each different component)
Parts file / library (logical description of each unique part)
Node list (list of each signal & each node thereof)

The promise is that after you've done this the 9100 is smart enough to help
you find the problem.....
