Copying Fluke 9100 floppies

Anyone have any ideas on this? I just got in some double-density 9100 discs
and I wish to back them up.

I believe these are OS9 - same as the Trash-80? That would be interesting,
perhaps the Trash-80 is the way to go. Anyone know one way or the other on
this?
