Uploads to the FTP site

I've uploaded a few things of interest, (Atari CAT BOX files - including
the Z8002 pod schematics and PROM info!) plus updated the Fluke DPFs with a
few new ones, including the Tape Backup for the 9100 plus info on using
Version 6 of the 9100 software.
