Looking for Bench Mate 400 Monitor Exercisor manual

I think I sent my original post to the wrong e-mail, so sorry if this is a
double post, I never saw my first one come by.

I am in need of a manual, original or copy (gladly buy original outright, or
pay for copying services) of a Bench Mate 400 Monitor Exercisor by Video
Innovations. If you have this manual and are willing to sell, copy, or scan
and post, please let me know. It appears that it could be a very nice item,
as it looks like it can do pattern generation for raster, vector and even
Cinematronics vector monitors. Thanks,
