I've made those from regular ribbon cable with a 40 pin plug for the pod
end and a 40 pin Dip "Header" for the Unit Under Test CPU socket.

www.navatek.com has the cables (probably the nice shielded ones!) already
built (I think) and if not I can build you one (unshielded ribbon) for $15US.
