<p><SPAN style="font-size:10pt;">i checked power and it is at 5.5 vdc</SPAN></p>

<p><SPAN style="font-size:10pt;">sound is working</SPAN></p>
<p> </p>
<p><SPAN style="font-size:10pt;">re seated all socketed chips</SPAN></p>
<p> </p>
<p><SPAN style="font-size:10pt;">and found a cap in the upper right corner broken off and replaced it</SPAN></p>

<p><SPAN style="font-size:10pt;">what controls the road and background ?</SPAN></p>
<p> </p>
<p><SPAN style="font-size:10pt;">and how to troubleshoot ?</SPAN></p>
<p> </p>
<p><SPAN style="font-size:10pt;">and typical no force feed back on steering wheel (have not looked at this yet)</SPAN></p>

<p><SPAN style="font-size:10pt;">do you know of any schematics for this board i only have the manual</SPAN></p>
