Kurz Kasch TF adapters ID help

Looking to ID a few that I didn't see on John's Jukes list:

406A
416A
418A
421A
1000A/B

Does anybody have any leads or good guesses?? I can power them up and take some voltage readings to compare to pinouts of good guesses.

I also have some common adapters for trade like Centipede, etc.
