I have a big box of Data IO plug-ins in storage at my Dad's house. I'll get
over there as soon as possible and bring them back to see what exactly I've
got and what versions in case dumps would be useful.
On a slight tangent, I seem to recall having a plug-in marked LogicPak but
without any sockets. It seemed to me that it was more like a dongle in that
you plug it into the Data IO and then get more menu options in promlink or
another tool. Prior to seeing the multi-socket LogicPak Andy Welburn
recently bought I'd assumed the whole PLD setup worked as follows:
1. Plug in LogicPak "dongle" module.
2. Data IO recognises module and enables PLD building/testing/equations
setup functionality in the controller software.
3. The PLD fuse map is generated in software and saved.
3. Socket-less dongle is removed and something like a Unipak or other
plug-in with sockets is installed and the fuse map generated in step 3 is
blown to the device.
Does this ring a bell with anybody? The obvious solution is for me to get
access to my box of bits, but finding time is proving quite tricky.
Sorry for the slight derailing and thanks in advance for any input you can
give.
