That's the exact same donor hardware as I used. I didn't bother fannying about with the grill though, I just removed it and left it out. Where my 9100 is situated, the drives aren't visible anyway.
Did I not give you the image of my system way back when?
If so, it would be useful if you could image that back onto a CF card to see if it's locked to my serial or not.
The bonus of that image as well is that because it came from a 60mb scsi, the system can see it all and report it all properly. Not that we'll ever use that much anyway! And of course, the image is 6.1...
Anyway, well done - nice job.
Hopefully we'll see some stuff happening on 9100's soon. I've got a few things bubbling away.
