Programming 8742 for Fluke 9100 display driver

All,

I have a couple of 9010As that are almost working. First the displays.

On the first, the 10^th digit is out. On the second, the bottom right
element is out. Pictures:

Also, this chip is bad on one of them (if I swap it, it works):
