The TTL etc parts are on the Library discs - these are so you can build
Guided Fault tests...the 9100 is quite a powerful machine!

The 9100A manuals, while rather thick, have many surprises buried in them.

There are 9100A training courses in the files, you may want to review them:

Fluke/PDFs/Training and Troublshooting/9100A Training (spll chck brokn)
