So on the EE Module all the pins feed through including the ones jumpered ?
I ask because pin 19 would be pulled low by clip E3 and it is an output from CPU
Clip E3 would cause the data bus direction to go output only (which is OK for the
Midway 8080 board) and clip B3, D3 would set the 8080 to execute NOP's
