I didn't think the Fluke 9010 did flow control. But now that I look at the
back of the unit the 25 pin connector has:

2 TD
3 RD
4 RTS
7 GND
20 DTR

So it might do some (no pin's 5 or 6 so no CTS, or DSR).

There are multiple ways to do null modem, but it looks like the one most
likely to work would be wired like this:

DB9 DB25

  1 -

  2 2

  3 3

  4 6

  5 7

  6 20

  7 5

  8 4

  9 -
