That's Odd. I see them as black on white, Maybe it's the version of ACDSee
You're using, or maybe they are originally mac scans. Sometimes a PC
loading Mac TIFFS will load the reversed. Strage..

Read them using ACDSee, you'll get a negative image of the schematic, then
copy
the image to the scratchpad buffer (Ctrl-C), then open Paint Shop Pro, and
then
paste as new image (Ctrl-V), you'll then have the original schematic. Save
it
in whatever format you want.
Don't ask me why this works, I only discovered it by accident. I haven't
found
a program that can read the .TIFF images directly on a PC-clone.
