Hi all..

Been doing alot of deja-newsing latley on this tube - 19VLUP22. The
reason? A friend of mine, (Paul, who you may all know) has in his hands a
WG6100 monitor, complete with the exception of...deflection transistors
(easy one) and Tube (not so easy one). It does have the yoke, and neck
board.

Here is what I've been reading....

        1) Use an ampliphone tube, sit back and be amazed at the increased
resolution.
                - We have no known access to one ....

        2) Order a new one from Richardsons for $165 US...
                - Seen the value of the canadian buck these days?

        3) use a GO7 raster tube. Put up with difficult, possibly
impossible convergance. Deal with a larger tube depth.

        4) Some indication that the Disco monitor used a 19VLUP22 tube?
Hey, when you deja-search you get all references to 19VLUP22 's!!!

So the question I pose to the vecorlist is what are my *Real*
options? What have you all done, and...heh..heh...anyone close to southern
ontario giving away (read: selling cheap) any tubes, ampliphone, or WG...
