Looks dead to me...actually, it looks like someone installed a Zanen cap kit
in it and also installed the HV potentiometer...I would bet that that whoever
did it forgot to set the pot to it's center position and when they hooked it
back up the thing blew... Generally a hard and expensive lesson to learn, but
chances are it won't be repeated!
