Okay, since there are now two people needing this artwork, I will get off
my butt and grab my ck Space Fury from San Diego (maybe this weekend, I'll
call the guy tonight). Matt R. should be able to do the scans and I am
dropping the game off at your place so don't be surprised if you find one
sitting at your doorstep when you wake up Matt : )

You can try contacting the guy who won my EBAY auction. He sent a worker to
pick the game up 2-3 days after the auction ended so I can't help with
that. Maybe Zonn can help if he has time? I traded him a non-working
Eliminator cocktail about a year ago and it's a safe bet that he still has
it being the electronics pack rat that he is ;-)
