Source for G05 HV diode at anode?

Hello,

    I remeber seeing a post recently about the diode in the anode wire of the
G05, and I wondered if anybody was able to source these. The replacements I've
been told to use are NTE527A or SK7333, but I'm having trouble finding them.
Any help would be appreciated. Also, what's the best way to install these? The
socket looks pretty bad in the anode wire I'm working on. Does anybody know
where to get a new socket?
