Battlzone Version Differences

I just put some rev E roms into my Battlezone (which was previously simply a
version 1) and I noticed something different. Since I'm too lazy to swap the
original roms back I thought I'd ask the group. :)

The enemy tanks in rev E have spinning radar dishes on top. I didn't notice
these previously. Did I simply miss them in the original roms or were these
introduced in a later version? If so, which version and what other
differences are there?
