WTB: 19V2000 Deflection Board Parts

I've got a deflection board from a 19V2000 that was damaged in a Forward Air
incedent and I'm having a tough time finding a source for some of the parts.
If anyone here has these parts I would appreciate if you email me directly.

Looking for:

R100, 101 - 3.9 @ 15W
R620, 720 - 2 @ 10W
R600 - 1.5k trim pot
C601 - .22uF @ 50v
