I meant "I had no idea how much current is used to light up many phosphorus dots
sequentially, on the inside of a vacuum sealed glass tube, at a rate of
15.575khz horizontally and 60hz vertically (for about 200 scanned lines, +/-
some overscanning), given a 25" surface (measured diagonally, with a given ratio
of 3 to 4), and maintaining a visually 'bright' display. The phosphorus type I
believe to be of the P2 variety, though I might be mistaken here."
