Fluke 9000 troubleshooting of Atari vector boards

Has anyone actually used a 9xxx in the trouble shooting of one of these
boards?
 
Should we figure out a way to transfer the information?
 
I picked up a box of stuff off of an operator recently, he had just bought
out another operator who had used a 9010 for testing boards. There was a
box of tapes with game names on them. I have not yet tried to look at the
stuff, but I do figure that there should be some good way to backup the
tapes and transfer copies to others. I know there has to be someone else
out there that would like the information.
