The crystal changes were for the monitor mostly. But maybe they also intended the spinner
games to be a bit slower for gameplay since IMHO the spinner is harder to control.
 Also, there is a 'resoulution' pin on the LETA custom IC which controls the
trackball/roller inputs. I can't remember which way it is by default, but if you reverse
it's logical value, the spinner will be much more sensitive and easier to control. This is
a bad idea on the roller tho, it makes game control extremely touchy.
