After digging around for the last half hour and looking at the mame source, Im thinking
that the 6808 and 6802 have the same instruction set as the plain jane 6800. The main
difference on the 6808 must just be the internal clock generator (crystal not included)
since the 6808 doesn't have internal RAM like the 6802.
