Chip Identity??

Hi all
        May or may not be vector related but...

        While on a hunt for some parts, I was given a few tubes of chips,
claimed to be video game chips. Okay, the 2716's and 2732's I can handle,
but there were 2 other types of chips I need help identifying. Custom chips
of some sort.

Chip # 1 - A tube or so of them

        Look like Pokeys, but the number does not match.

        40 Pin, Looks like the signetics sign on them

Any Help would be appreciated!
