You might be right, that you need +/- 26VDC for the monitor, lower voltage
would work, your deflection might be reduced a bit. If you don't have +5VDC
you will not have ANYTHING happening...
These supplies are serviceable, check with http://www.spies.com under the
video game archive for better schematics.
