Hi Dave!
The default settings for programming are correct for the Xeltek. I have
that unit and manual for same, if you need a copy let me know (if anyone
else does too lmk). Miniscule charge to cover postage and .02/page (my cost).
Set the programmer to the prom/eprom/gal/pal default and ignore page etc.
