For Tempest, you just need to download the Troubleshooting guide. Try
www.superzapper.com to see if it's available there.

For Space Duel & Star Wars, it's part of the schematic package. You
might try:

I'm sure John Robertson at www.flippers.com would be very helpful in
getting any specific signature guides you need!
