ROM images

Greg,

I almost jumped a hole in my roof when I found out that, according to
your Tempest V3 (2732) ROM list on Spies, they were all inserted in the
reverse order!

So I wished all kinds of bad things to the previous owner, and then
realised this cannot be true because the game runs only 40%too slow (I
can tell from the test screen).

It turned out to be that the ROM locations were rversed on the list on
Spies... :)

Maybe you can change these one time.
