Actually, there are a lot fewer hoorays than you might expect. Jan has sold
several hundred items on eBay (>200 in the last month alone) to a couple
hundred different people but only has positive feedback from seventy or so
unique people. That means that her feedback percentage is pretty low
relative to the amount of stuff she has sold. Her repeat feedback
percentage is also quite low. Since she is friendly and does do enough in
the way of service to avoid outright negative feedback (replacing parts,
shipments, etc.), most folks who have slightly unpleasant experience just
don't leave any feedback at all.
