Perry Odak?

I was reading an article about the sale of Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream and ran
across this paragraph:

Citing people familiar with the matter, the Journal reported signs of dissension within Ben & Jerry's
ranks, with chief executive Perry Odak discreetly pushing for a sale, and Cohen firmly opposed to a takeover.

Is this the same person recently blamed on VL for the failure of Amplifone HVTs and Atari?
