Tempest repaired!

YES! Finally I managed to fix my two dead Tempest boards!!!

The problem was The 74S260 (5 gate OR) at C5, and caused all vectors to
be drawn far to slow.
When I replaced it, I used the one from my other board (which has the
wrong Y data send to the DAC) and guess what... Now the first board had
EXACTLY the problem of the other board!
Ain't that a lucky coincedence?

By replacing these 74260's it both boards worked!

So you can all go to sleep now and stop worrying about a solution for my
Tempest board :)
