Likely the HV diode: (check previous message,) also check the output
voltage from the HV supply, if this is low, should be around 400VDC I think
- no schematics so don't yell at me if I am wrong, I have to look it up
each time, then the problem is in the HV supply, if OK, then the diode is weak.
