G'day Kurt and all,
I'd like to point out that a mailing list's growth is limitted. Kurt think
this is a plus, and maybe it is.
A vector newsgroup would have alot wider exposure and bring in more idio...I
mean, people. The key is to have some control over the posting within the
forum with moderation or a slashdot.org approach.
If folks have other ideas for managing a forum's growth, I'd like to hear
them (though offline since our benevolent dictator may feel we are heading
off into the weeds).

ps - Despite my biases towards organizing, there a constant undercurrent of
inclusion. The tough part is balancing inclusion against keeping the focus
of the forum.

I'd like to vote against it.
1) The list serve is far more convenient to me than doing a newsgroup
2) People will actually notice this and start joining up -- I don't
read rgvac for a good reason. Too many idiots.
3) See number 2.
